South Central College Campuses in Faribault and North Mankato Receive STAR Status

(May 6, 2015) South Central College’s campuses in Faribault and North Mankato were named “Star Campuses” for the 2014-15 school year at the Minnesota State College Student Association (MSCSA) General Assembly in April.

The Minnesota State College Student Association (MSCSA) is an association of the Minnesota public two-year college students, which works to ensure accessible, quality, and affordable public higher education while providing students with representation, leadership development, and communication across the state. MSCSA created the Star Campus initiative to recognize the work of the organization’s most active student senates. This year 11 of the 47 two-year MnSCU institutions’ campuses were designated with Star Campus status.

This is the second year the Faribault Campus has been recognized as a Star Campus and the fourth year for the North Mankato campus.
