Financial Literacy Workshop at South Central College

(March 31, 2016) - April is Financial Literacy Month and South Central College (SCC) is hosting a Workshop on the topic presented by Jerrid Sebesta. The event will take place on the SCC’s Faribault Campus (Event Center East) on Tuesday, April 5 from Noon – 12:50 p.m. and on the college’s North Mankato Campus (Conference Center B) on Wednesday, April 6 from Noon – 12:50 p.m.

Sebesta is a former television weatherman who walked away from his career to begin “Livin’ the Dream.” He believes the handling or mishandling of your money will directly affect your ability to live and chase your dream.

The Financial Literacy Workshop is being held in conjunction with a Job Fair held on each from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the same day as the workshop. Both events are free and open to the public.
