South Central College Students Succeed at Minnesota SkillsUSA Competition    (Photos available at:  http://on.fb.me/1O82gLV)

South Central College (SCC) students took high honors at the SkillsUSA State Leadership & Skills Conference this past weekend. SCC students received 10 Gold Medals, 9 Silver Medals and 12 Bronze Medals for a total of 31 Medals, the most ever for SCC in the competition. The 36 students participating in this year’s conference came from seven SCC programs: Auto Body and Collision Technology; Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration; Computer Integrated Machining; Mechatronics; Culinary Arts; Graphic Communications and Multimedia Technology.   

The following individuals received 1st Place (Gold), 2nd Place (Silver) and 3rd Place (Bronze) Awards. Those with first place finishes will compete at the national SkillsUSA Conference in Louisville, KY, June 22 - 26.
