With this degree you will be qualified as a technical support person with a focus on networking services and hardware.

What type of jobs will you be qualified for?
This degree is designed to prepare you for a career as a networking specialist, computer support, office support technician, network manager, help desk coordinator, desktop support, PC Technician, and System Administrator.

You will receive a solid background in the basic concepts of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, computer networks, and other computer hardware.

This degree requires 64 credits. (A diploma is very similar to a AAS degree except that it only has technical credits and does not include general education courses except for Composition and Public Speaking).
