For mission critical IT issues outside of normal help desk hours (evenings and weekends) please call 507.389.7398.

 

Please leave a message with your name, the time you experienced the problem and a detailed explanation as to what the problem is. A technician will be notified and will remedy the issue as soon as possible.

 

For non-mission critical issues please use Track-IT to place it in the normal workflow.

 

 

The following items (but not limited to) constitute a mission critical IT issue. These types of services are critical for doing business at SCC.

 

1. Not being able to access the following online services.

  • SCC’s Website
  • CentralNet Portal
  • StaffNet Portal
  • My Files
  • My Email
  • WebCT
  • ISRS and other MnSCU related serivces

 

2. Classroom/conference room issues such as a malfunctioning LCD projector, VCR/DVD player or computer.
