Realizing Student Potential Conference 2006
CTL Conference
Location: Minneapolis Community and Technical College
February 24, 2006, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System invites all Minnesota State Colleges and Universities faculty, staff, and students to Realizing Student Potential. This year’s conference focuses on defining and fostering student success.
Agenda: Opening welcome and keynote panel, best-practices, concurrent sessions; discipline and topic meetings, extended discussions and workshops, and poster sessions.
This Year’s Conference Discussion Sub-topics include:
- Inclusion and diversity
- Motivation and retention
- Establishing partnerships
- Goals and barriers
Registration: A registration fee of $50 will be collected from ALL who register after February 16, 2006 and from all non-system participants.

The Center for Teaching and Learning will reimburse 1/2 of
necessary lodging costs for systemwide participants in travel
status. CTL Weekend Seminars are part of the Learning That Lasts
program, a faculty development initiative of the Center for
Teaching and Learning and the Bush Foundation.

Instructional Development Grants:
Call for Proposals (Word or PDF format) is now available. Proposals are due on or before February 27, 2006. Notification of awards should occur in early April.
