Somebody just left you a Windows 7 computer and it has a new version of MS Word on it, and you don’t know how to use it. There’s a tutorial video for that! You want to use Photoshop CS5, and you want to learn the tricks in using it. There’s a video for that. I need to help my students learn the MLA research paper basics and I want to post the easy to follow steps in D2L? You know the answer by now (…video for that).
Atomic Learning has been helping SCC learn computer operations and skills on the fly for nearly a year now. It’s been a useful tool for teaching and learning on campus, at home, and in the D2L environment. If you haven’t checked it out recently, I suggest you think of some computer operation you’ve always wanted to learn, and see if it’s there. Chances are that it is. There are thousands of tutorial videos for hundreds of applications. And they keep adding new content
