Have you applied for financial aid using the 2006-2007 Free Aplication for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)?
   

Have you received an official award letter from the SCC Financial Aid Office?
   

Were you offered a Federal Stafford Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Loan on your official revised 2006-2007 SCC Award Letter?
   

Have you successfully completed Federal Stafford Online Entrance Loan Counseling for the 2006-2007 academic year? (SCC students MUST Complete Entrance Loan Counseling each academic year)
