Consider Participating in SCC's Employee Leadership Academy
This year’s academy is currently in session, but please consider applying or nominating a colleague for next year. Applications are accepted every spring.
The program will run all day once a month, September through May. Due to the focused nature of the training involved in this program, attendance is critical. Only employees committed to completing the program in its entirety should apply.
It’s an investment in your future and the college’s future.
