A.A. Degree Requirements

South Central College is the smart choice for current high school students, students who have recently graduated from high school, and many adults interested in attaining a degree or those pursuing a lifetime of learning.

SCC offers General Education courses on both our North Mankato and Faribault campuses during the day, evening, and online. Students are strongly encouraged to develop an educational plan with their academic advisor to ensure that program requirements are fulfilled for their program option. Students often want to begin their education by starting their General Education coursework. SCC offers several options for completing General Education coursework. Options include the Associate in Arts Degree, the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum, and general education transfer credit.
