I'm so proud of the work that our Marketing & Recruitment Committee continues to accomplish! One of the ideas from our September Meeting was to give access to staff and faculty to all our current marketing publications. MARKETING RFP FUNDING Over $18,000 in program-specific marketing money has been approved todate! Programs can apply for $1500 ($2000 for programs offered on both campuses) of marketing funding to support their program's recruitment efforts.

Congratulations to these departments for already submitting their request for funding:

Funds are available on a first-come basis and application must be made prior to the end of fall semester. See Ann Anderson for any questions regarding the RFP process.

MARKETING & RECRUITMENT MEETINGS
Our Marketing & Recruitment Committee will meet from 2:00-3:30 PM on the following Dates for Fall Semester: October 10 (FBO-ARC and N MKTO E132), November 14 (FBO-B114 and N MKTO E132), December 12 (FBO-B114 and N MKTO E132). SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIC PLANNING Representatives from the Stamats group will be on the North Mankato Campus on Thursday, October 4th to meet with a variety of individuals to begin the work on a strategic plan for our social media efforts. PUBLIC RELATIONS – Parades and Marathons
Thanks to all those who participated in the Waseca Marching Band Classic Parade held on Saturday, September 22nd. Thanks to David Miller, Jayne Dinse, Kayla Sandersfeld and her son Logan, Sara Plath and Kathy Drummer and her husband.

We will also be a Mankato Marathon Water Stop sponsor on Sunday, October 21. Interested volunteers should contact David Miller. Very cool Black Squirrel t-shirts provided for our volunteers!
