Faribault and North Mankato - South Central College is proud to host a Healthcare Job Fair for students in the healthcare sector. Thanks, in part, to a Department of Labor Healthcare Grant, the college has added the following new healthcare majors: Health Support Specialist, Health Unit Coordinator, Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Community Health Worker, and Practical Nursing (diploma). In addition the college offers degrees in: Medical Laboratory Technician, Phlebotomy, Intensive Care Paramedic, Nursing, Dentals Assisting, Emergency Medical Services, Community Social Services, Certified Nursing Assistant, and a new Health Sciences Broad Field A.S degree.


The Healthcare Job Fairs will be hosted on both of SCC’s college campuses and will involve representatives from over 25 health care institutions. A panel discussion involving employers and alumni will be held at Noon during both events. The dates are as follows:

North Mankato Campus, 1920 Lee Blvd., North Mankato – Conference Center Area

Wednesday, December 5th from 10 AM until 2PM

Faribault Campus, 1225 Third St. SW, Faribault MN – Student Commons Center

Monday, December 10th from 10 AM – 2 PM
