Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! - We are proud of the accomplishments made during the 2012-13 year, and we appreciate everyone involved in the North Mankato Campus Foundation's success!

F – Fore! Our last fundraising event of the fiscal year is our 19th Annual Golf Classic at the Mankato Golf Club on May 20. It's not too late to register yourself or a team to golf. Again this year – our auction items will be available for online bidding.

O – Operations for the Foundation are overseen by an amazing group of 25 board members. In addition to quarterly meetings, our board members give of their time and energy by serving on various Foundation committees.

U – Ultimately, helping students is our goal! We awarded more than $200,000 to 275 SCC students this past year! .

N – Nothing makes us happier than forming partnerships throughout the community. We have been collaborating with representatives from various SCC programs throughout the year and adding to our list of community partners.

D – Dollars were raised for scholarships, programs and faculty development.

A – Ag Symposium engaged producers, students and industry leaders as they listened to presentations for numerous high-level speakers. This year's event raised a record amount of dollars for scholarships and programs.

T – Terrific volunteers make all of the work of the Foundation possible and exciting. Volunteers have been planning events, promoting the Foundation, fund-raising, reviewing scholarship applications and so much more – many thanks to each of you.

I – Internal Staff/Faculty Campaign raised more than $20,000 for the scholarships and programs at SCC. Our theme was The Biggest Winner, a play on the popular TV show, The Biggest Loser.

O – Online Auction did great things, as well. In our third annual auction, we raised even more than last year, and SCC's Faribault Campus Foundation joined in our efforts again this year.

N – New Foundation board members included Scott Bradley (United Prairie Bank) and Jay Weir, James R. Weir Insurance.
