If you are not sure that SCC has your up-to-date phone number, please contact helpdesk.

Otherwise, do the following:

  1. Go to http://my.southcentral.edu and click “Can’t access your account?”
  2. On “Reset your password” screen make sure to type in your SCC email in the “User ID” field. Click “Next” after typing in the special characters.
  3. On the next screen click “contact your organization’s admin”.  We will call you within 24 hours on weekdays.
