If you are not sure that SCC has your up-to-date phone number, please contact helpdesk.
Otherwise, do the following:
- Go to http://my.southcentral.edu and click “Can’t access your account?”
- On “Reset your password” screen make sure to type in your SCC email in the “User ID” field. Click “Next” after typing in the special characters.
- On the next screen click “contact your organization’s admin”. We will call you within 24 hours on weekdays.
