The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) provides support for SCC students and employees in all aspects of technology use across the institution.  The department is comprised of three divisions: IT Services, Library A/V, and eLearning Technologies.

We maintain the technology at your fingertips. Our classroom technology services include the D2L classroom management system, Smartboards, projectors, and TEC carts in individual classrooms, ITV for distance learning, and assistive technology for students with disabilities.

Our network services include email with spam filtering, wireless internet access throughout campus, network file storage, and open labs for all SCC students. The library offers free online access to many academic databases to help you complete your homework and Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests to help you locate any item that you cannot find on site. We also maintain the college’s online presence on the web (southcentral.edu), and the college’s Flickr account (http://www.flickr.com/groups/southcentral/).
