PAS Mission Statement is to provide opportunities for individual growth, leadership and career preparation. PAS is a nationally known organization with state and national contest held each year. Students participate in campus meetings throughout the year, and do various community service and service learning activities. They host educational speakers at the meetings, from all aspects of agriculture. At the state level students can become state officers and take on numerous leadership positions. The state contest has various competition areas including; career planning and progress, livestock and crop specialist programs, as well as horticulture and college bowl. The national contest is held in a different state every year. In the past students have earned trips to Kentucky, Idaho and Missouri. National trips not only include the ability to compete at the national level, but to participate in educational tours and speakers throughout the conference.

PAS is overall an educational and fun organization with the main purpose of the organization to develop leaders in the field of agriculture. Everyone who is enrolled in the agribusiness program is eligible for any of these activities.
