Transfer Options

The Business Transfer Pathway AS degree offers you a powerful option: the opportunity to complete an associate of science degree with course credits that directly transfer to designated business bachelor’s degree programs at Minnesota State system universities.

The curriculum has been specifically designed so that students completing this pathway degree and transferring to a Minnesota State system university will enter with junior-year status. All courses in the Business Transfer Pathway will directly transfer and apply to the designated bachelor’s degree programs in a related field:

Metropolitan State University - BS Business Administration, BS Entrepreneurship and Innovation, BS Human Resource Management, BS International Business, BS Management, BS Marketing, BS Supply Chain and Operations
Minnesota State University, Mankato - BS Finance (General Finance, Investment Analysis, Institutional Finance, Financial Planning and Insurance, Corporate Finance), BS International Business, BS Management (Business Management or Human Resource Management), BS Marketing
Southwest Minnesota State University - BS Management (General Management), BS Management (Human Resources Management), BS Management (Supply Chain)

Shayne teaches courses in both the marketing management and business management programs. In addition to his wealth of teaching and industry experience, Shayne uses his sense of humor to keep students engaged and motivated. Shayne is originally from Mankato and has worked closely with local businesses to understand their marketing and business needs.
