$1,000 Scholarships for New SCC Machining Students Starting Spring Semester
Companies throughout the region have a serious need for trained machinists, providing abundant opportunities for individuals who have the required technical skills. South Central College’s Computer Integrated Machining program provides a comprehensive education for those who want to start out or advance in this rewarding field that offers high wages.
Now there is another reason for students to start in the Computer Integrated Machining program at SCC this Spring Semester - a scholarship of up to $1,000. These special scholarships have been made possible thanks to the generosity of donors of SCC’s Faribault and North Mankato Campus Foundations, who recognize the need for machinists in our region.
Spring Semester starts January 8, 2018 and the deadline to apply for the scholarship is January 4, 2018. For details on the program, visit SCC’s Machining Webpage and for details on the scholarship, including an application, visit the college’s Scholarship Webpage.
