Course Title Community Assessment
Description This course is designed to introduce the role of the Community Paramedic (CP) as a member of the health care team in community assessment. The student will map the community health care services, describe the demographics of the community and assess their impact on the health of the clients. Additionally, the student will gain understanding of community health services in order to give advice on health care needs in the community. Prequisites: Acceptance into the Communnity Paramedic Program. All CP courses must be taken concurrently.
