Description This course focuses on the analysis of special topics in livestock management for students actively engaged in the operation and management of a farm business. Student and instructor will choose from said topics to best serve student needs. (Prerequisite: None) 1. Beef – cow/calf 2. Dairy 3. Swine 4. Sheep 5. Goat 6. Turkey 7. Chicken 8. Dairy heifers 9. Beef market 10. Specialty livestock (organic, honey bees, deer, elk, etc.)
