To be successful in this course, you should have knowledge in electrical circuits, refrigeration theory, controls and refrigeration sealed systems. |

- Prepare customer work orders
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Manage the parts-room supplies and order replacement supplies when needed
- Diagnose electrical system failures
- Diagnose refrigeration sealed system failures
- Ensure that the lab is clean and the equipment is in good working order
