Description This course is the second of three available internship courses that allows the student to receive advanced practical experience in his/her chosen career area in Marketing Management, Business Management and/or Restaurant Management. This internship is designed to offer students a customized experience. A training plan, outlining what will be learned, is jointly developed between the student, employer and the department site coordinator that is unique to each business internship site.
