Course Competencies
- Apply concepts for a comprehensive client interview including cultural/diversity sensitivity.
- Perform 2 methods for physical assessments accurately.
- Demonstrate correct technique for select nursing skills.
- Choose appropriate clinical isolation precaution measures based on the client condition.
- Explain concepts of intravenous pharmacology.
- Choose credible medication resources as it relates to specific client conditions.
- Discuss standards of practice for the client experiencing the perioperative situation.
