• As Vice President of Human Resources, Brian provides vision, leadership and strategic direction for the Human Resource activities of the College, overseeing the recruitment, training, development, and engagement of talent for all divisions of the College. He graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and has more than 20 years of experience in management and human resources and has worked in both the private and public sector. Seeing employees learn and grow in their roles and into new positions is what drives his passion for Human Resources. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his spouse and children exploring National Parks, hunting, fishing and woodworking.
