Strategic Priorities

As a result of college-wide planning completed in 2014, South Central College established specific strategic priorities within five institutional goal areas: Appreciative Inquiry Culture, Quality Education, Holistic Learner Services, Partnerships & Collaboration and Marketing, Branding & Recruitment. 

In 2015, South Central College published its first FY 2015-2017 Strategic Priorities.

In 2016, additional goals were added and South Central College published an updated FY 2015-2019 Strategic Priorities

Transporation Programs

The U.S. Department of Labor estimates the auto industry will have to fill 35,000 technician jobs each year through the end of the decade to keep up with demand. With increasing automobile computer sophistication, receiving training from a certified program is a must.
