SCC has transfer agreements, sometimes referred to as articulation agreements, with several colleges. These agreements are the intentional planning and coordination of education among programs so that a program at one level serves as the foundation for the next educational level.

The goal is to help students make transitions that are smooth and seamless, educationally sound, and do not require revalidation. The agreements are designed to advance our students' educational mobility through multiple exits and entries without undue loss of credit.
